The system provides game top-ups based on the list and pricing shown on our online storefront, and will automatically process the order once a successful payment is detected.

The user agrees and acknowledges that all input details such as Character UID, Game Server, or Character Name must be thoroughly checked and verified before confirming payment. Since our automated top-up operates directly with game server APIs, we cannot halt, retrieve, or modify any completed transactions in the event of user input error. The user remains solely responsible for any losses incurred from incorrect info.

Payments made via bank transfer, TrueMoney, cash cards, or any other channel are finalized once the amount is received and processed by our automatic billing. Since game credits, crystals, or in-game items are digital goods delivered immediately, we strictly enforce a zero-refund policy and cannot cancel or exchange orders once the top-up is completed, except in cases proven to be caused by a processing system failure on our part.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their usernames, passwords, and browser session security. We will never ask for your account password through any channel. We are not liable for any losses, hacks, or damages arising from user negligence or credential exposure to unauthorized third parties.

Goldenbug acts as an intermediary provider delivering services to standard specifications. We are not responsible for in-game outages, publisher maintenance, developer-side tech issues, or game account suspensions resulting from user violations of the game developers' policy. These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
